Nick Rozo is a NASM certified personal trainer and a certified USAW Advanced Weightlifting coach with Nationally ranked athletes under his belt.
Nick’s experience in fitness began with strength and conditioning nearly 10 years ago and was based around the modality of moving weight, fast. His fitness journey eventually evolved into the sport of Olympic Weightlifting where he has had many successes with his athletes. That success comes from being an adaptable coach who is creative enough to modify training around the needs of any athlete. He prioritizes the fundamentals of movement first which translates into a very efficient yet safe training method.
With his knowledge and experience of building strength for sport, Nick has been able to incorporate and customize his training style for clients of all fitness levels. “It all begins with building a strong and stable foundation to prepare the body for safe and efficient movement,” says Nick. One of the things Nick derives genuine pleasure from is transforming an individual’s physical abilities into something they once thought was “impossible”.
My name is Luke Carino, 33, I am a L1 Crossfit coach, Crossfit Gymnastics certified, and Adaptive Coach. I found my love for fitness through team sports in my teenage years. I developed as a varsity athlete in basketball and weightlifting in high school. I also developed a love for OCR (obstacle course races) and competed at the elite level. I’ve competed for over 3 years in the sport of Crossfit as an individual and in teams.
My goal is to help others transform their lives by making health and wellness accessible to all. My sessions are simple, challenging, and efficient with an emphasis on proper form and mobility. My true passion is helping others reach their fitness goals and live a longer healthier life.
My name is Alexander Velez and I was born and raised in Kissimmee, Florida. I grew up playing football and training in and out the gym since I was 11 and I was officially introduced to Crossfit and functional fitness around 2014. I immediately took my L1 class and began coaching from there. I went on to train many different people from different backgrounds and I’m forever grateful for the opportunities and relationships. I received my NASM cert shortly after along with certifications in training adaptive athletes and basic gymnastics. I am also a certified cpr/aed and first aid instructor.
Some fun facts about me is I compete in local competitions as well as being apart of the Orlando Aces Florida Grid League team. I am currently attending UCF pursuing a BS in general psychology. I love to compete but I know there is always a time and a place to be competitive if you are looking for longevity in any sport. I am huge on mental well-being and making sure your fitness is used to make you not only physically stronger but mentally and emotionally sound.
